FSV Mainz 05 collects money for climate protection
Football Bundesligaister FSV Mainz 05 has collected 52,500 euros for environmental protection as part of an “climate-defendant week”. As the club announced on Monday, the sum of the collected sum should be invested in regional projects around the topics of tree planting and environmental education. The sum is composed of contributions from the new value partnership network of the “05 climate-defendant partner” and by mug ponds of Mainz fans in the home game against Borussia Dortmund. Especially the Lenneberg Forest in Mainz is said to be “punctified” by the money.
