Elden Ring is the most successful new IP in Europe since 2016
Elden Ring has been available since February 25 for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X / S, Xbox One and PC. And although the action roleplay came on the market until the end of the last month, it was able to secure the place in the sun in Europe. Some reports shortly after the launch suggested that Elden Ring would develop into a seller.
Elden Ring rules Europe
Elden Ring is not only Europe’s most sold video game in February, but also the most successful new brand since The Division from 2016. In addition, the title could lie down the best launch since Call of Duty: Vanguard, which came to the market last November (Via Gamesindustry).
The sales of ELDEN RING share: Interesting is also how the remote units of Elden Ring distribute to the different systems. At the front lies the PC, on which 44 percent of all sales went through the (digital) ladent counter. Just behind it follows the Playstation with 40 percent (27 percent on the PS5 and 13 percent on the PS4). In the end, the Xbox comes with the remaining 16 percent.
Why Elden Ring is so popular, you will learn in the test video:
Great competition: It is not that that other large titles were published in February. Above all, Horizon Forbidden West made the RPG of Fromsoft properly competition, but ended at a relatively large distance only in second place. However, Elden Ring is available for more platforms. Another highlight is Dying Light 2: Stay Human, which rows in fifth place.
Curios: In three place is Pokémon Arceus, but that was already on the market at the end of January – many sold units are not counted in February ranking. In Germany, however, it was still enough for the pole position. With us more units of Arceus were sold than from Elden Ring or any other game.
These are the 10 best games sold in Europe in February 2022 (in the Games of Nintendo no digital sales are included):

- Dying Light 2: Stay Human (Techland)
- Grand Theft Auto 5 (Rockstar)
- Total was: Warhammer 3 (Sega)

Elden Ring app also storms the charts
Not only elden ring itself, but also the matching app is extremely successful. An Elden Ring app, what should that be? The software does not come from from Software itself, but was developed by fans so that we have a better overview of all our activities and tasks. In Elyden Ring, there is known no classic quest log in which you can view your missions. In any case a nice idea.
