Walton Goggins is the first signing of the Amazon Prime Fallout series
The Fallout television series was announced in summer of 2020, and has Geneva Robertson-Dworet (Captain Marvel) and Graham Wagner (Silicon Valley) as Showrunners. From production, Lisa Joy and Jonathan Nolan are responsible for the creators of Westworld for HBO) and Todd Howard and James Altman, Bethesda. Nolan, in addition, will be responsible for directing the first episode.
This was all we knew about the series, but Deadline has revealed that Goggins, whom many will remember for their roles in films like Django unleashed or the Hidden Eight, as well as Series like The Shield or Sons of Anarchy, has filed for one of one of The main roles.
The details on that role have not yet been officially announced, but Deadline speculates that he will play a ghoul (the mutants who live the wilderness and whose condition is the result of a long exposure to radiation during the Great War).
The series for Prime Video De Fallout is one of the many projects that are underway right now to bring video games to the small and large screen. There is on road series of The Last of Us or Halo, and also confirmed films of Sonic the Hedgehog (the third), Bioshock, It Takes Two or Twisted Metal, and rumors also of Jak and Daxter adaptations or Splinter Cell.
